Mobile & Native Apps
Early explorations in mobile-first design that set the stage for my later app work.
Usability-Focused Redesigns
I worked on a series of mobile app redesigns and responsive websites where usability was the top priority. Each redesign improved functionality, refreshed visuals, and delivered a sleeker, modern mobile experience.
Challenge
Create apps that are intuitive, follow mobile design best practices, and are useful for the apps' audiences.
Approach
I conducted user surveys on all end users before creating the new redesigns to see what users liked about the current apps, and what would get them excited in a new app.
Outcome
In all redesigns, usability increased and apps were refreshed for a sleeker, modern feel.
Here2Go App
This was an app the developers and I created at the beginning of the pandemic. The idea was to be able to order and pick up food from restaurants no-contact. This was pre-Doordash, pre-most pickup apps, and below is the design I came up with.

Hospital Mobile App
The main audience for this app was elderly people who needed to pay their hospital bills, get care, track diagnosis, etc.

LSBME
Once medical marijuana became legal in Louisiana, the state hired us to create a database to document doctors, patients, and symptoms. Below are my designs.
